How do I attract more visitors?

We would suggest you do the following to promote your participation in the fair:

  • Send out the electronic invitation the fair provides. This means your customers will be able to enter the venue free of charge and without queing.
  • Put one of the fair’s banners up on your website to remind people that you will be at the event.
  • Use your newsletters to publicise your participation in the fair and any special activities you plan to stage there.
  • Add information about the fair and your participation to your email signature and any other communications you send out.
  • Insert a brief reference to the fair in any ads you place in trade media.
  • Insert a brief reference to the fair in any printed material you produce (circulars, leaflets etc.).
  • Send a press release to the media.
  • Follow us on social networks, talk about your presence at the event and share our content to boost your own social media.
