Aldeas Infantiles SOS, the world’s leading child protection organization, confirms its participation in the new edition of BKS+FIMI, which will be held from January 22 to 24 at Feria Valencia. At an information stand, the entity will present the challenges faced by the most vulnerable children and families in our country, especially after the devastating effects of the DANA, and will inform about the different ways to collaborate and support the most vulnerable children.
With more than 50 years of experience in Spain, Aldeas Infantiles SOS has been a pioneer in caring for children at risk of social exclusion. Its work focuses on strengthening families, protecting children and accompanying young people in their development.
In Valencia, the organization has a center specialized in prevention and family strengthening, where support is offered to children and families in vulnerable situations.
The recent DANA has worsened the situation of many families, leaving thousands of children homeless and without access to basic resources. Faced with this emergency, Aldeas Infantiles SOS has launched an ambitious aid plan for the reconstruction phase. This plan includes psychological support, direct financial aid and administrative support.
